Restrictions on Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Compliance
Allied Telesis RoHS-compliant product conforms to the European Union Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances (RoHS) in Electrical and Electronic Equipment. Allied Telesis ensures RoHS conformance by requiring supplier Declarations of Conformity, monitoring incoming materials, and maintaining Manufacturing process controls.

Article 11 of the Directive 2002/96/EC on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Compliance In compliance with the WEEE Directive, Allied Telesis offers instructions on the steps required to recycle Allied Telesis products when they reach their end of life. When an Allied Telesis product has reached its end of life and cannot be reallocated, reused, donated or recycled to another user for meaningful use, the product shall be recycled in accordance with the WEEE Directive and any local instructions that may be in force.
